E&D Contracting is closely monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its impact in our community. The health, well-being and safety of our clients, residents and colleagues are our highest priorities during this time. Despite the unpredictability of this virus, we can take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19. We're currently taking precautions in our day-to-day operations with basic preventative safety measures, following guidance set forth by local Alaskan mandates, the U.S. Federal Government, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health agencies, such as:

• cleaning hands with soap often, for at least 20 seconds; 

• covering your mouth and nose with a mask when around others; 

• using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available; 

• keeping the recommended distance of 6 feet from people; 

• cleaning frequently touched surfaces with disinfectants; 

• covering coughs or sneezes with a tissue, then throwing the tissue in the trash;

• monitoring your health daily; and 

• staying home when sick.

 

For appointments, we encourage our property owners and residents to let us know in advance if there are any concerns or they would like us to take special precautions. We are available to online consultations via FaceTime, WhatsApp and Zoom. We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19 and act accordingly.
